Synopsis (translation): The book Cartoon and Cartoonists is a compilation of fifteen magazines on cartoon art that discusses matters of definition, history, themes, and cartoon styles, whether locally or globally.

The field of cartoons has a long history, as old as art itself. As early as the birth of cave paintings, cartoons are never separated from society and culture.  Therefore, like other art fields, cartoons are a part of the reflection on the changes and developments of human civilisation.
