Pusat Daya Cipta (PDC)

Pusat Daya Cipta (PDC) was formed in 1970 in order to function as a Production Unit. This centre is a strategic research and design development consultancy unit of the Faculty of Art and Design, Universiti Teknologi Mara. The centre is supported by its in-house team of experienced design experts who are able to offer consistent stream of quality and effective design solutions on demand.

1. To offer consultation services and execute projects for private companies, government agencies and private individuals.
2. To offer professional experience to lecturers, staff and students of the faculty in carrying out consultancy services for various organizations.
3. To be the main channel for lecturers, students and graduates of the faculty (Alumni) to market and sell their creative works.
4. To give training, guidance and encouragement to students to integrate them into the world of business and enterprise.
